How long does it take to get my order?

If your application for a prescription is accepted without the need for follow up questions, you will then have a number of shipping options to select from. Generally we offer 3-5 day shipping, but people are encouraged to choose next day shipping. Our pharmacy prefers to have all medications in and out of transit as quickly as possible.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship Internationally. Shipments on international orders can be sent from either a US pharmacy or one located in Europe. There is an extra fee associated with all international orders. For a list of countries that we ship to, click here.

Do you ship orders everyday?

Our pharmacy ships orders Monday? Friday between 9 am and 5pm. If you place an order on the weekend or after 2pm on Friday it will not be processed until the following Monday.

Do you ship to Po Boxes or Military (APO/FPO) addresses?

Yes, we can ship to both. To ship to Po boxes we can use either Airborn Express or USPS Express Mail. To ship to an APO/AFO address we have to ship USPS priority mail, and the signature is obtained using a postal service domestic return receipt.

Can I pick up an order at the shipper location (Federal Express location)?

You may pick up your order at FedEX and Airborn locations. You must specify this when placing your order.

What does the outside of the shipping package say?

The mailing pouches are standard express letter envelopes provided by either Airborne Express, Federal Express, or USPS. The outside of all the domestic orders are labeled like any normal letter. International orders require he contents of the package be identified. Large packages will be shipped in plastic bubble wrap envelopes.

Ordering medication online is as safe as ordering it from your local pharmacy. The only difference is that you save money and you don?t have to go down to the pharmacy and pick it up.
